Martha and Billy Lang

Billy and I lived a few homes up from Joel, and a friendlier neighbor you could never ask for. I will miss seeiing him walk to the office, and the smile and wave he gave to anyone he saw. He was always feeling bad,so it comforts me the Lord saw fit to bring him home before he got any worse. We will miss you Joel.

I got to know Joel from living in the same complex he did. I would see him just about everyday either sitting on his steps or on his way to or from the office. He never failed to smile & wave. When I would see him in the office he'd always ask me if I had any "gigs" coming up & talk to me about music. He was a friendly dude & I will miss him. He was cool.

I will miss my dear sweet Joel> I am the secretary at the Whippletree Office, where Joel lived, and enjoyed the daily visit Joel would give me to get his mail. He spoke often of his fAmily, and how much he loved them. Joel had a sweet tooth, and Jann and I would daily have him a treat to take home for his night-time snack,,,and even today,I catch myself starting to wrap up a donut for him, before I realize he's gone to a better place,,,a place he was truly ready to go to. I loved him,,and will miss him,,,,but I know he's up there smiling down on his friends here at Whippletree Village.

Please accept our deepest sympathies. Joel was a resident of our little community of Whippletree Village. We saw him every day and already miss him so. He loved his family dearly. Sincerely, Jann & Jeff Jestus, Community Managers
