JoAnn Rustik Obituary
JoAnn F. Rustik, 80
A lifelong resident of Chicago passed away on January 2, 2024. She was born on July 25, 1943 in Oak Park, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents Andrew & Josephine Rustik, her niece Kara Pratl, and brother-in-law Donald Pratl. She is survived by her sisters Cheryl Pratl and Judy Rustik(Penny), brother James Rustik(Barbara), nephew Donald Pratl(Gail), niece Gillian Rustik, great niece Lauren Pratl, great great niece Avery Martin, great great nephew Connor Boyd and many cousins and friends.
She worked for the Prudential Insurance Company and the Long Company in Quality Control and was very active in Five Holy Martyrs Church.
She was an avid crocheter whose slippers adorned the feet of many and she made lap blankets for wounder warriors and blankets and outfits for newborns.
Her final resting place will be at Resurrection Cemetery 7200 Archer Rd. Justice, IL.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 10:30AM in the Internment Chapel at the cemetery. Please gather at the office Parking Side A.
