Dear Joanie, so many memories but the one that warms my heart the most is when you made and sent me maternity clothes during my pregnancy with Ronni. You were working and raising your own son and still thought of Mike and me so far away in NC. How lucky I was to have you for a sis-in-law. You are now with Jeff and your loving parents. Your family takes comfort in knowing that, but you will always, always be missed. Love, Charmaine

Who could top my fairy Godmother? Every cookie I bake is filled with your love, wisdom and kindness. You gave everything to your family and loved ones. How delighted I am that God sent you on earth to be with us.Now you and Jeff are back together looking over all of us. I received your "two rings" sign, so I know all is well. I'm so glad Larry and I came to see you, and despite your illness, the spark that will always be Joanie, was still in your eyes.
Love, Kasia

Any fond memories of high school I have included you, Joan, from the art projects we were always both assigned to work on, to the many nights we studied Latin together. I'm so sorry we lost touch after graduation. My prayers are with you.

My deepest and sincerest sympathy to the family. Joan and I were classmates at St. Stans High School. What a warm and loving person she always was. May the choir of angels come to greet her and lead her to Paradise.

I will always remember you and Pat in your Charleston dance routine way back when at St. Stan's High School. Maybe you are showing some angels your jazzy moves.
