Joan Marie Reid (nee Daly), beloved wife of Thomas Reid Sr. Retired C.P.D.; loving mother of Tom (Julie) Reid, Amy (Kelly) Kelleck, Daniel (Cassandra) Reid, Karyn (Dan) Klemptner, Kelly (Jeff Vance) Reid, Tony (Kelly) Reid, Jim (Anne) Reid and the late Laura Reid; cherished grandmother of Hayley, Courtney, Matthew, Jessica, Amanda, Jake, Liliana, Sabrina, Myah and Molly; devoted daughter of the late Arthur Retired Captain C.F.D. and Mary Daly; dearest sister of Patricia (John) Strangeman and the late Arthur Daly; proud daughter-in-law of Rosemary (the late Joseph) Stewart and the late Thomas Reid; dearest sister-in-law and aunt of many. Visitation Friday 3-8 P.M. Funeral Saturday 10:30 A.M. from Lawn Funeral Home, 17909 S. 94th Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60487 to St. Stephen Church Mass 11:00 A.M. Interment Assumption Cemetery. Due to the current health guidelines, we are limited to 50 attendees at a time. We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Masks and proper social distancing required. The coffee lounge is not available for use, please refrain from bringing food into the funeral home. Funeral info (708) 532-3100.

Our sincere condolences Mr. Reid and the entire Reid Family. Mrs. Reid was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Always so friendly when I would come by the house growing up on 78th st. Even when I was peeling my fiberglass cast and leaving pieces all over her house. God bless her up in heaven. God bless the Reid family.

Tom and all the Reid family, I am so sorry to hear of Joan's passing. Please accept my deepest condolences. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Joan was always so nice and I remember her even in high school, at Queen of Peace, she always had such a beautiful smile. I know you will miss her dearly, but remember she will always be with you, still watching over you and all your family. May God Bless Joan and hold her in the palm of His hands. Rest in Peace Joan.
