Joan Niespodzianski Obituary

Niespodzianski, Joan Susan (nee Whittle), 61, Crystal Lake, entered into eternal life March 21, 2010. Born January 20, 1949 to Joseph 'Whittle Joe' and Elsie (Ferg) Whittle in Chicago, IL. She married the love of her life, George Niespodzianski Sr. on October 18, 1969 in Chicago. She enjoyed working for her dad 'Whittle Joe'. She found a love for Ebay, Antiques and especially enjoyed her dolls, but none of this compared to the joy she found spending time with family. She was active as a Cub Scout leader for Pack 3049. Joan also enjoyed driving her 1933 Plymouth to car shows and other car events. She is survived by her husband, her six children, Jennifer (Tom) Mullen, Michelle (Dave) Campbell, George Jr. (Regina), Joseph, Daniel, and Jake Niespodzianski, six grandchildren, Keaton, Cody, Kaitlyn and Thomas Mullen, Lucille and George III Niespodzianski, and two sisters, Janice (Chris) Christensen and Laurie (George) Bujalka. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rt. 176), in Crystal Lake. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service, Saturday, March 27, 2010.
