Kulovitz , Joan Marie

(Farnan), 81, a lifelong resident of Canaryville, died peacefully at home on November 28, 2022, surrounded by family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert G. Kulovitz (retired CPD), and parents James and Ruby Farnan. Cherished sister of James (Maureen) Farnan, Mike (late Lynn) Farnan, and Edward (Eileen) Farnan. Loving mother to Robert (Linda) Kulovitz, Ann (Scott Berglund) Kulovitz, Mary Pat (Albert) Kerwin, Jeanne (Thomas) Falk, James (Annmarie) Kulovitz, Edward (Clarissa) Kulovitz, Michael (Barbara) Kulovitz, Katherine (Timothy) Ligue. She is the blessed grandmother to 28 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Joan was a parishioner of St. Gabriel Church. She enjoyed spending time with four generations of family at the compound in Three Oaks, MI, and was a devoted friend to her Ya-Yas. Services will be held at McInerney Central Chapel, 4635 S. Wallace, Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral mass Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Gabriel Church 600 W. 45th St. Burial at St. Mary's Cemetery. In place of flowers, donations may be made to St. Gabriel Church and School. Please visit JOAN KULOVITZ book of memories.
