Irene,
We will always remember Jerry "Jerome" and his love for those St. Anthony hot dogs and his loud laughter that he brought to us all. (staff & patients) Will miss you both dearly. Take care of yourself. Joy and rest of the staff at the Crown Point Dialysis unit.
