When I worked at the Daley Center I had a huge crush on his deputy with his help my crush is now my husband of 13 years.
He always brought a smile to my face. I will always be grateful to him for giving me such a great man.

Dear "Auntie" Bea, Ira,Glenn, and Mindy,
I want to extend a belated but sincere condolence on behalf
of Birgitte, Thomas, and myself. I have only
wonderful memories of Uncle Jerry for all those
many years that we were lucky enough to enjoy
his company. What a mensch. A funny thing happened
on the night of Sept 30th: I was cleaning my home office and came
across a small pile of snapshots I tucked away in my desk.
The top photo was of Eddie and Jerry at our wedding reception.
The crazy thing is that I did not bother to look further.
I just stared at that photo. I showed Thomas the next morning.
I wonder what those guys are talkin' about right now?
Love,
Eug, Birgitte,& Thomas

Dear Ira,
My husband, Bill, and I would like to express our condolences on the loss of your father. You may not remember us but we have not forgotten you over the years. Our son Billy had an eye injury when he was 4 yrs. old (18 years ago) and your kindness and compassionate care had lasting effects on us. It was a difficult time that you eased with the help of the Teen-aged Mutant Ninja Turtles. Now that 4-year old is about to graduate college and, next June, will be walking down the aisle.
It is a true tribute to a father when he raises such a fine son.
Our thoughts are with you.

Dear Bee and Garoon Family,
I shared the news of Jerry's passing on Sunday morning at the Rng House minyan. Everyone in the minyan was deeply saddened by Jerry's death. Over the past few years he was a constant presence on weekday mornings and on many occasions, when you were not going to Mindy's house for shabbos, in our small shul on Montrose Rd. Jerry was very attentive and had a kind word for everyone. We will miss him greatly and we mourn his passing along with the rest of your family. On behalf of the entire Ezras Israel Congregation of Rockville, please accept our condolences and our wishes for you and your entire family to be comforted among all the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
Agi and her mom, Dori, also wish to convey their condolences and to comfort you with the knowledge that you have a warm and embracing community in Rockville.
Fondly,
The Jacobovits Family

Dear Glenn and Ira,
Although it's been a long time since we spoke, I always had fond memories of your father.First at LJC and then whenever I saw your parents at KJBS, I always got a warm greeting that flashed back memories of the good old days of our youth. The last time I saw your father was at the American Club for Passover a few years ago. We were there with William Rosenbloom and the family. Willy always spoke glowingly of their friendship with your parents at LJC and later at KJBS. May his memory be a blessing for you and your family.

Judge Garoon was a kind and gentle man. Although we only had the opportunity to know him for a few years, we feel a great sense of loss. May his memory be for a blessing, and may the family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

Dear Bea & family: my heart goes out to you at this time. I have some wonderfully funny memories of both of you but specifically of Jerry at court when he asked a young woman who worked at wheels if she knew his friend Dudley.May his memory be for a blessing. Shirley Derdiger

Dear Bea,
I have such fond memories of you, Jerry and your children when we were all growing up. You were Uncle Jerry and Aunt Bea and I can't remember how old I was when I finally realized we were not really blood relatives. Aunt Roz's family was our family. Jerry will be missed.
Love,
Monica
