Forkash, Jerome age 89, Veteran US Army, beloved husband of Rose Forkash (nee Chilovich), loving father of Lawrence (Diana) Forkash and Sharon (Tom) Case, cherished grandfather of Scott (Kelly) Case, Ian (Tracy), Jacob (Tanya) Forkash and Kellie Case, proud great-grandfather of Canyon, Gavin, Nyah Rose, Makenna Claire, dear brother of the late of Ferg (the late Marion), Marshall (Billie), Bill (the late Estelle), Dave (the late Jeanette) Forkash, Henrietta Macy and Rose (the late William) Paulis, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral service Tuesday, 12 noon, at the Zimmerman & Sandeman Funeral Home, 5200 W. 95th St., Interment Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial Park. Visitation Monday, 4 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, 10 a.m. until time of service. 708-424-0340.
