Dear Fishbacks - I was sorry to hear that Jerry died but I am glad he lived, laughed and loved. My prayers are always for the living. The word goodbye is taken from an old English phrase - GOD BE WITH YE...and thankfully, because of Jesus, we never say goodbye for the last time. Although I have not seen you for years, I have fond memories of your family from St Ehelreda and Mt Carmel. On Sept 11, I have the privilege of remembering all the dead from the Building Trades in the annual Mass. Jerry will have a special place on the altar. If I were there today I would give the Irish blessing, closing with "may the Lord hold him in the palm of His loving hand and may he rest in peace..shalom

Olivia - my love and prayers to you and your families. It was an honor for me to minister to you and Jerry at Sterling House. I am sorry we are not in town to attend services.
