Brenman, Jerome "Red" age 83, of Mission Hills, in Northbrook, IL, formerly of Gary and Munster, IN. Son of the late Morris and Dora Brenman, was loved by wife, Carol; children, Marley and Allan Korn, Mark Brenman, Larry and Debbie Brenman; grandchildren, Melanie Cott, Amy and Juan Carlos Duque, Patrick Cott, Adam Brenman, Shira Brenman, Brittani and Danielle Steinberg; great-grandchildren, Lily and Noah Cott, Jeremy and Olivia Duque and sister-in-law, Doretta Shneider. He proudly served in the 101st Airborne during WWII and was awarded a bronze star. President of Brenman Insurance Services, Inc. and formerly an owner of Gary Wine & Liquor. Longtime member and past president of both Temple Israel in Gary, IN and the Norhwest Indiana Jewish Welfare Federation. Services Thursday, 1 p.m. at North Shore Congregation Israel, 1185 Sheridan Rd., Glencoe, IL. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Community Health, 2611 W.
