Loving husband of Lisa, nee Manahan; dear father of Matthew Baumhart, Matthew and Jackie Weeks; beloved son of Donald and the late Patricia Weeks; dearest brother of Charles, Edward, Eileen and MaryBeth; fond son-in-law of Michael (Lesley) and the late Ann Manahan; dear brother-in-law of Linda. Funeral Thursday, 10:15 a.m. from Haben Funeral Home, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie. Mass 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter Church, Skokie. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie. Lisa and family,
I knew Jeffrey through the Lake Forest Hospital Cardiopulmonary Rehab program,where we were both participents. I am shocked to learn of his death. He looked to be a strong young active man. I am sorry for this loss for all of us.

Lisa & family,
I'm very sad to hear of Jeff's fate. I knew Jeff from work and though we didn't agree on many things (especially when it came to his love for hunting) I believed him to be a good person with a kind heart. I was convinced of this when one day he tried to save a young bird that hadn't yet learned to fly.
