Jeffrey Davis Obituary
Jeffrey Alan Davis, 69, suddenly passed away. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Karen, nee Kelly; loving daughter Taylor (fiancé Connor Reed); beloved son of the late Bernard and late Phyllis Davis; brother of Gwyn (Arthur) Nanus, Adrienne (Edward) Matthew, and Ken (Darlene) Davis; brother-in-law of Kathleen (Larry) Shirley, Patrick (Susan Foor) Kelly, and Coleen Kelly (John Hoenemeyer). He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews and all who knew him.
Jeffrey graduated from New Trier West High School in 1971 and the University of Illinois-Champaign in 1975. He went on to receive his MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a specialization in Real Estate. Jeffrey was president and founder of Cambridge Senior Housing and Healthcare Capital, one of the nation's leading nursing home, assisted living and healthcare debt and equity capital provider. He served numerous charitable foundations and was very active in many business committees. Jeffrey was a member at Bryn Mawr Country Club and Estancia Club in Scottsdale where he enjoyed his golf.
Memorial service will be Monday, April 25th at Bryn Mawr Country Club, 6600 N. Crawford Avenue, Lincolnwood, IL 60712 starting at 3:30 PM. The Shiva will immediately follow until 8:00 PM. The service will be livestreamed at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com. Under Recent Services, click onto Jeff's photograph and scroll down to Service Details to view his service. I am shocked and saddened by the passing of Jeff. While we always had a cordial business relationship, at a recent conference we had a long lunch together where he opened up to me about his past and journey. It was the best time I ever had with him. That memory will stay with me. My condolences to all his family and his family at Cambridge.

Our condolences to the Davis family on the sudden passing of Jeff. Jeff was always an inspiration to me professionally and personally. Our lives intersected in three areas; commercial real estate financing, seniors housing and family events. Jeff was active, a leader and mentor in participation at National Investment Center and Mortgage bankers, as well as, many other groups. He will be missed by so many however he is leaving behind a legacy by helping to grow so many others. May he rest in peace and provide comfort to his family knowing how much he accomplished and appreciated by so many.
