Sorry to hear that Jeffy's gone. We had a lot of great times together as kids from the old neighborhood on Hermitage.

Mr. Balcitis was a great guy. I can remember growing up with Josh and going swimming all the time in the summer. He used to love joking around with us and playing a bunch of games in the pool. Those are memories I will forever cherish.

Jeff was the "Master Chef" of the Midnight shift in the 009th District in the 1990's. He always had a smile on his face and was loved by all. Rip brother Jell, you will be missed. Joe Kelly Sanibel, Fla.
