Jeannie,
You've been a guardian angel for a year now and I wanted to tell you that you're doing a wonderful job. You and your family are included in my prayers every day. Give my love to my little Catherine.

Tom and Family....

God took your little angel back home to be complete and live in His love and care. He gave her to you for a little while so that you could experience one of the purest loves we can give here on earth...the love of a child who in the eyes of the rest of the world is not "perfect"....but, in so many ways is more "perfect" than we are....they only know how to love..they give their smiles and glowing eyes constantly. We have no choice but to give it back. My first grandchild, Amie, lived for only 9 days with a severe case of Spina Bifida...but in those 9 days she lived in love from all who met her...and I know your little one did the same....she left this earth just filled to the brim with the love that you gave her....and Our Lord is happy with you and you can be sure that she is playing in His garden with all the other little angels...and they are all PERFECT...

Although I only cared for your sweet Jean a couple of times, I was glad I could be there for you the morning she got her angel wings. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of a daughter, sister, and playmate. She was a very big part of the Finnegan family, everyone loved her. I know Liam love her with all his heart, everyday he prays for her and has the biggest smile on his face. I am sure Jeanie had something to do with that smile of his. Even though Jeanie was 16 months she has a perfect life, or should I say the perfect family. She was loved by each and everyone of you. I know she was every proud to be a Finnegan!

They are sent to earth with tasks they are to accomplish-----bring love to all with whom they come in contact, change the minds of people who don't fully understand what it means to be physically and/or mentally challenged----who knows what God wants them to accomplish. Then , when they have completed all God has asked of them, He takes them back home to be with Him. Think of the lives she touched and the differences she made. To Jean Marie's family, know how special you are in God's eyes. He doesn't give his special messengers to just anyone.

My heart is with all of you at this difficult time. Jeannie was always and forever will be an angel watching over us all.

Our Lady will hold and cherish Jean Marie as closely as you did. You are all in our prayers.

Baby Jean needed much love when she came into this world, and God definitely found the right family for her. I remember the first time I saw her and how Tommy, Liam, Mary Elizabeth, Kara, Tara and even Kerry doted on their baby sister, gathered around her and showed her off like the precious little girl that she was. You guys fed her, caressed her and really outright showed your love for her. Thanks for being great brothers and sisters to baby Jean. The Beirnes are praying for you guys, and for Mom and Dad.

We haved shared a similar pain when our daughter died 5 yrs. ago. The pain doesn't go away, but it gets easier over time. Just be comforted to know that your precious daughter is safe in the arms of Jesus. Our deepest and sincere sympathy to your entire family.
