I miss her smile, her sense of humor, and genuine warmth. She was always friendly and down to earth. Every time I play mahjong, we all think of Janice. It was an honor to call her my friend.

We are truly saddened to hear that Janice passed away. I am so grateful that her daughters sent out an email, because we wouldn't have known. She was our first dynamic relator 18 years ago and we became friends immediately. Janice helped us sell 2 & buy 3 of our homes, as well as our parents home over the years. She also helped some of our friends with their homes. Janice loved her job and was fantastic at her profession. We enjoyed numerous phone conversations, meals & and late night pizzas. All those times included numerous stories being shared, laughter, tears & great hugs. House hunting with Janice was so much fun! As our kids got older and joined us they loved it too.
Janice loved her family immensely. She cared so much for her mom and how to make her life better. Janice was so proud to introduce her mom when we would bump into her at breakfast. Dancing with Stuart was her favorite and when he passed, it was way too early. She so loved talking all about her daughters and their great accomplishments, weddings and grandchildren!
Our wish for her children & grandchildren is to know that your mom/Bubbie was the best and she loved you all to the ends of the earth. Janice will be missed greatly, however will remain in all of our hearts.
With out deepest respect, kindest regards & love,
Sharon & Jim and our children Kaitlyn & Brandon

Jan was truly a special person. She helped me find my home and ensuring i found a place that she would let her own Susan live in.
She and Stuart were always great listeners and storytellers. They were such a part of my childhood circle of "grown-ups" and helped to shape the way I see the world. She will be missed.

Janice was a very special person. She made you feel as if you were the most important person in the the room. Her friends were her clients and her clients became her friends. She cared about her friends, and her family were the most important people in her life. She was beautiful, smart, resourceful, and her kindness, thoughtfulness, and clever wit will be remembered for many years to come.

My sincere condolences to the Weiner family. My gosh, 16 years ago your mother met me at breakfast to let me know how to be a RE/MAX agent, and have had many home sales with her. What a firestorm! She mentioned you often, talked of her grand children and showed such love and care. She will be missed for sure.

I am so saddened to hear about Janice. She was my realtor for three residential transactions over 25+ years and she was extraordinary at her job. She worked as hard as anyone I've ever known and at the time of the moves, she was sensitive to the transitions and also very funny. What a loss for the family and those who knew and worked with her. My sincere sympathies.

My sincere condolences to the Weiner family. I had the pleasure of cooperating with Janice a few times while I was selling for a variety of home builders. She always came into my offices with a smile on her face and tried to help find the best suited home for her clients. Having had those opportunities to help her do so in a professional manner was something I looked forward to doing.
