Popham-Payne, Janice B. Of Evanston. Beloved wife of Tom Payne; loving mother of Roger (Charisse) Payne and Evan Payne; devoted daughter of Irene and the late Edward Popham; dear sister of Pamela (Frank) Francis; fond aunt of five nephews and one niece. Janice was an enthusiastic teacher of those with special needs, author, founder of the Isabella Street Book Club and wonderful friend to many.
