Wilder, James F. 64, of Orland Park, formerly of Blue Island, best friend and beloved husband of Geri (nee Kaye), loving father of Wendy (Jim) Pernas, devoted grandpa and best buddy of Nicolas and Natalie, long time employee of Modern Drop Forge. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 8 p.m., at th Kruger Funeral Home, 13050 Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Funeral service Monday, 11:30 a.m., at First Ev. Lutheran Church, Grove & Ann Sts., Blue Island. Interment First Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Alsip. Jimmy,
We didn't know each other well, or spend much time together. But as a young boy, you were a bit of a role model for me. I still have the home movies picturing you with that jet black hair and mischievous smile. Your Dad was my favorite uncle. Your family and friends are lucky to have had your company. Say hi to Buck and Emma for me.
