My name is David Williams I worked as his Partner on a Tactical Team out of 21St.
District at 29th and Prairie ave for several years. He was Special in all ways from his looks, dress manners, always polite he had a special appeal which was different from any Police Officer I ever met.
He had a genuine gift of being able to relate to all in a meaningful manner. He was someone who was able to make a bad situation into a learning moment moment for all involved .He was known as the Magic Man
and I think about him daily.
May God Bless him and his wonderful family.

To Elsa and the Tullos Family:
There are no words, however heartfelt, that can ease your sorrow. But remember during this time of loss that we are praying you will draw strength and comfort from your faith in God.
There is no more grief or sorrow -- no more suffering or pain. Now there is everlasting peace because the angels came.
