Jim, for more than 25 years, we were professional colleagues at the Chicago Lying-In Hospital, Hyde Park Hospital and Trinity Advocate Hospital. For your first seven years of Ob-Gyne practice, we were partners. Your integrity, industriousness and compassion towards patients are unparalleled. You were truly a great man.
