To the Phelan family, please accept on behalf of our son Jeremiah Wright (YSU Football) and our family our deepest sympathy. We just learned of Jim's passing and it saddened us deeply. Our prayers are with you though we know such a great guy as Jim walks with the Holy Spirit.

Sending prayers and my deepest condolences to the entire Phelan family. James was a good man. He was very courteous and helpful during the winter by stopping by my home and shoveling. It amazed me that he was so dedicated to helping me and my neighbors. He will be dearly missed.
