McGing, James Native of Churchfield, Tourmakeady, County Mayo, Ireland. Beloved husband of Catherine (nee Heneghan); loving father of Bridget McGing, Mary (Patrick) O'Malley, James (Breda) and Austin McGing; proud grandfather of Maureen, Maura, James, Patrick, Liam and Hugh; dear brother of his twin, the late Austin (Bridget), John (late Sarah) McGing, Ann (late Mike) Donnelly, Bea (late Morris) Hillstead, the late Pat (late Delia) McGing, late May (late Tom) Lally, late Phil (late Dell) McGing and the late Nuala (late Pete) Lally; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Retired 50+ year member of Plumbers Union Local 130. Visitation Monday from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at M.J. Suerth Funeral Home, 6754 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago. Funeral Tuesday 9:30 a.m. prayers at the funeral home to Saint Juliana Church, Touhy and Oketo Avenues, Chicago. Mass 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Misericordia, 6300 N. I am so sorry about Jim 's death. We were in Florida at the time. He was always a gentlemen, big loving smile and a kind heart. He will be missed . God welcomed a wonderful man home.

We were sorry to hear about the passing of your husband and father. We were always happy to see you at different Irish events. But the thing we remember most is how you attended so many of our family members wakes. Always there to give comfort and support to members of the Tourmakeady family.
