Lee Jr., James F. Retired CPD, beloved husband of Patricia (nee Scully), loving father of Melissa (James CPD) Butzen, Nancy (Nick) Lekas and James F. III, CPD (Celeste), dearest grandfather of Danny, Aubree, George, Timothy, Heather, Joan and Seamus, fond brother of Catherine Arnold, the late Meg Hohenadel and Betty Schultz, uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge, Friday from 1 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday, 9 a.m. to St. Timothy Church, Mass at 10 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Police Chaplains Ministry. For info., 847-685-1002.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
