Kupka Jr., James H. of Countryside, formerly of Chicago, beloved husband of Eddy Lou (nee Chmelar), loving father of James E. (fiancee, Katie Binder) and Scott M., dear brother of John (Isabel), David, Cathy (Rick) Raven, Patti Droscz, and Malia (Glen) Berg, devoted son of Patricia and the late James H., Sr., fond uncle and great-uncle of many, dear friend to many and lifelong Green Bay Packer and Chicago White Sox fan. Visitation 3 to 10 p.m., Monday, at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. Interment Bethania Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Assn. appreciated. 708-352-6500
