Hickey, James Michael

James Michael Hickey, 66, of Chicago, IL, died on December 26, 2020. James was born on January 10, 1954, in England. He graduated from Kelly High School and worked for the City of Chicago Water Department as a laborer and foreman for 36 years. James is survived by his wife, Beth Hickey (nee Christopher); his daughters, Carli Bowen (Chris) and Kelli Smith (Mike); his siblings Thomas Hickey (Holly), Karen Puccinelli (Jack), and Kathy Hickey; his grandchildren Colin, Brayden, Madison, and Emma; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Donald Hickey, his mother Kathleen Hickey, and his brother Kevin Hickey. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 30th, at 9:00 a.m. until time of mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 5300 S. Natoma Ave., Chicago, IL 60638. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, 6001 W. 111th St., Alsip, IL 60803.
