Hi Nancy:
I'm your neighbor, Sandy Olson Polk, I ran the block party. I lost my husband, Robert L. Polk, on March 15, 2008 also. I live right across the street from you. I just found out Jim died from Don, your neighbor. I know I didn't know you, but did wave and talk to you husband breifly at times. I have a feeling your loss was as sudden as mine as I would see him working in the yard all the time. Bob was not ill . I send my condolenseses. We are both griving for our lost loves at this time. We had 20 wonderful years together and I'm sure you had many more. I'm sorry for your loss.

On behalf of the entire Luecker family....
We were deeply saddened to hear of your husband/father's sudden passing. For your family to be suffering another loss so soon is unimaginable. We wanted you to know that he played a huge part in our lives, especially for Peggy and I, as he was like our second father when we were growing up and practically lived at your house. Many of us also have very fond memories of the fun times we shared through church or scouting events or just hanging out at a party. Our hearts, prayers, and sympathy go out to all of you during this difficult time.
