Papa,

I'm laughing a little as I write this because you always told me to stay away from the internet. I'm also crying because I miss you. I'll miss your smile (and smirks) and all of the lessons you taught me. I will forever remember you telling me "Listen to Papa" because you always knew best. Our lives will not be the same without you here, but you will always be with us.

There is no way to put into words how sad we feel about the loss of your dad but also a wonderful Uncle. We will always remember his visits full of laughter and jokes. We will also remember his kindness,concern and love he had for others. He is now cracking jokes with Uncle Frankie and all of the loved ones we have lost espically-Doris. He will live eternally with her. He is probably telling a joke to God right now. He had always remembered Brandon and I know he will protect him as a Guardian Angel.

Our families heart is saddened my the loss of not only a Great Man but a funny one. We all can remember the laughter and jokes. We also remember the kindness,compassion,generosity and unconditional love he gave us. I can picture him in a beautiful navy blue suit & tie. Oh and don't forget the hat. When he entered a room his presence stopped us all in our tracks. His smile and that look we all knew we were in for a treat. He will spend eternity with your loving mother and I know that makes him happy. He lived his life as he died-quietly,dignified and surrounded by his loving family. I will never forget how he has touched all of ous lives. Nor will anyone else. Love to you all!
