Burke, James H.

James H Burke, age 81, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021. James was born May 22, 1940 in Etty, Kentucky.

James is survived by daughters: Candy (Richard) Powers, Lola (Laurin) Samp; sons: James Burke, Timothy (Debby) Burke; 5 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren; sister: Mary (Ron) Helms.

James was preceded in death by his wife: Karen Johnson Burke; sister: Betty Tackett; granddaughter: Amber Dawn Lovitz.

A celebration of life visitation for James will be held Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055. A celebration of life funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial at Cullman Memory Gardens, 1516 Bolte Road SE, Cullman, AL 35055.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in James' memory may be made to Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, 1 East Wacker Drive, Suite 1730, Chicago, Illinois 60601 US.
