Bodam, James E. age 63, of McHenry. Dearly beloved husband of Joyce (nee Swiderski), proud father of Julie (Stephen) Macartney and Jason (fiance Gina Gehrke) Bodam, dear brother of Donald Bodam, fond son of the late Fred and Arline Bodam. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Thursday, 10:15 a.m. from Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Dr., McHenry to St. John the Baptist Church in Johnsburg for Mass at 11 a.m. Interment St. John's Cemetery. Memorials to Village of Progress, P.O. Box 418, Oregon, IL, 61061 or to the American Cancer Society. Info., 815-385-0063.

Hello Joyce my heart goes out to you Julie and Jason. i met Jim at Dominick's as well as Jason. I always had Jim in my throughs and prayers. We worked together on that bad Sunday shift (that Jim hated). Now my prayers aer for you guys in your hour need. one thing I know is that God will never give you more then you bear.
