Dear Rosli,
My heart goes out to you and your family. I lost my sister when she was only 32 and my brother at 28. The loss I feel from their passing will always be with me, but how my family rejoices that we were blessed to have them in our lives. You are in my prayers. Jeanette

The staff of the Loyola University Medical Center Transfusion Service/Blood Bank offers its sincere condolences on Jack's passing.
For over thirty years this laboratory sought to provide for Jack's very complex transfusion needs, and all the technologists knew of him, and thought of him, as more than a patient, though they never had the opportunity to come to know him on a personal level. He was one of only a few patients, out of several hundred thousand served by the blood bank over the years, who was known by, and referred to by his first name because of the care and attention his individual case required.
Please be comforted by knowing that Jack and his family are in our prayers.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. You are in my prayers.
