Dear Anna,
I was very saddened to hear of your father's passing, as I know you will miss him greatly, along with your Mom & Gregory.
During our high school years in the Lane Tech Orchestra, I remember riding in the car with you and your family, when he would pick us up from orchestra events. I also remember how anxious he was that I taste some genuine Japanese cuisine, and our dinner excursions to Naniwa.
The service today was very moving and beautiful, and I'm glad I was able to attend. I will look forward to seeing him again in Heaven, where I'm sure God will permit him to tell us a few jokes!
Love,
Rachel
