Reinglass, Jack patriarch and guiding light of his family, was born February 10, 1917 and died Saturday, August 9, 2008 in Skokie. He married the late Frances (nee Brenholc) also a survivor of the Holocaust, in Sweden, where they met and wed in 1946. They emigrated to America in 1948, with their infant son, to live the American Dream. Jack is survived by his two sons Aaron (Judy) and Howard (JoEllen) Reinglass, he is the proud and loving zaidee of Brian, Jason, Hilary, and Elizabeth. He and his brother Arnold (Bernice) Reinglass, who also survived the Holocaust, and both families, were inseparable in their lives and in their grocery store businesses which were located on Chicago's west side, in Cicero, and in Skokie. Jack lived an exemplary life and was highly respected and loved by all who knew him. He touched countless lives and all were bettered from having known him. Service Tuesday, 12:00 Noon, at The Weinstein Funeral Home North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Boulevard, Wilmette. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
