Dear Alice,
Gene and I were so very sorry to hear of Jack's death. We didn't know him very well - but over the many years we shared with the two of you at Solel, we always enjoyed speaking with him. Please accept our sincere condolences.

Hello Alice. I'm so sorry to hear about Jack passing away. Donna called me to share the news. He is in a better place. Let me know if you need anything at all! My thoughts are with you.

"Mr. Piller" was my high school division (home room) teacher at Senn High School, from 1959 to 1962. Find some comfort in that he touched many lives. His dry sense of humor and wit came through in his classes and even in the reading of the daily bulletin. He encouraged me to complete high school in 31/2 years. I am now an adminstrative law judge with the Social Security Administration. Please accept my condolences. Linda Soibel Halperin

Dear Alice,
I noticed Jack's obituary in the paper today and want to express my condolences to you and your family. I often think back to 101W and the wonderful people that worked there. (You among them) In fact, whenever we go out toward Ravinia or even talk about Ravinia, I think of you and Jack. I have fond memories of both of you. My prayers today are with you and your family.
