Sorry we've been out of touch for such a long time. Very sad to hear that Jack passed on. Will always cherish the memories of my trips to your place. Will also always remember the baseball game and lessons in horse racing that Jack taught me! Our thoughts are with you.

Dear Betty:
I don't know if you remember me - I worked at North Shore Senior Center. When I saw your husband's obituary in yesterday's Sun Times, (I glance at them daily, and if I see a Jewish name or one that is familiar to me, I read it!) I wanted to let you know that my thoughts are with you.
My sincere condolences to you and your family.

Although we could not be with you in person, our hearts and thoughts are with you. We felt Jack's warmth and kindness on each and every visit to the Hencel household, and we are proud to have known him.
