Beloved husband of Jenny (nee Henriquez), loving father of Diana Cenci, Dr. Armando (Lori) and Dr. Frank (Patti), devoted grandfather of Laura and Stephanie Cenci, Jessica, Jennifer, Armando, Emily, Sarah, Samuel and Frank Saltiel, dear brother of Jose (Maria), Moises (Felicia), Dr. Alberto (Frances), Sara Saltiel and Estrella (Miguel) Palacios, D.D.S., fond uncle of many. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside, where Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Interment Oakridge Cemetery.
