Irene was an amazing woman. Strong willed, sweet, loving, and she could make a mean pirogi too! My most sincere condolences to those effected by her passing.
Irene, I've shared your home the last 5 years. You've been there for me when things seemed impossible. Offered to let me live there free when I didn't have a job (though, I paid anyway). Your life is an inspiration to us all. Your marriage: the stuff of legend. I only hope to find the happiness and longevity you found in life.
You will be missed.
