Ira was a force at Rodman where I had the pleasure of working with him for a great many years. I'll always remember the helicopter rides, the Xmas parties, and his uncanny understanding of money. But most of all I'll miss that great big smile.

I had the pleasure to work for Mr.kaufman as a young man many years ago on his yacht the Gray Mist. We would jog together in the mornings and enjoy each others company. I will never forget him saying once that I was like a son to him and in many ways I saw him as a great teacher of life. I wish the Kaufman Family my deepest sympathy for their loss.My words to him would be" Mr. Kaufman I will always carry a great Respect and Honor to have known a man like you. God Bless.
