Grandma
Idell was a generous, caring woman who took wonderful care of everyone
around her. She thrived on caring for others. She had a special drawer
with games and crayons for us kids whenever we visited. She also kept a
freezer full of goodies for us. We nicknamed her house 'the Jewel'. I
will miss her always.

While we are sad at her passing, she will be remembered fondly as our Grandma who was a gracious host, loved her family, and gave through ESF. She remains in our hearts.

Such a sudden passing leaves one at a loss for words. Grandma Idell married my grandfather, Herman Oboikovitz. They enriched each others lives. I remember her spirit and her strength. We spent many holidays together and celebrated life's events. I have so many fond memories.

"Grandma Idell" was my grandfather's second wife, but really the only grandparent I knew. And though I didn't get a lot of time with her, she was always there for the special moments. Always wanting to feed me, always kind, always bright.
I will remember her fondly.

"Grandma Idell" will always be the woman who took me shopping and introduced me to the world of makeup. Idell was my grandfather's second wife and even though she will always be my grandmother-she was really too young to be a grandmother when we first met.
The times we spent together will always be some of my fondest memories. She was an amazing woman whom I will always admire and love for her independence and her kindness.
