It is an honor and privilege to be a friend and colleague surgeon of Dr Hugh Smith. He was one of the foremost and distinguished Surgeons of St Vincent hospital and Bayley Seton Hospital from 1970s and on. He was always witty and fun guy to be wth. The St Vincent Drs. enjoyed his company specifically when we went on golfing trips to Orlando Fla. and ice skating occasion on the frozen Brady,s pond. He will be remembered as a great general surgeon and a fun loving friend.
