I was so saddened to hear of Herbie's passing. We were friends at Roosevelt High and graduated together in 1961. I know he was very ill and I know he is now at peace with no more pain. I will keep fond memories of Herbie with me always as I am sure all who remember him will.

I knew Herbie at Roosevelt High School where we both were students and graduated in 1961. I saw him at our 1987 reunion and then the last tiem on Devon and Calif where he told me he was caring for his mother. I knew he was sick and my thoughts were with him as are many from our class. He was a wonderful guy!
