Grieving is specific to individuals, and I can only tell the family that I met as a young man is to try to find comfort in Hanks memory as a crutch to move tirelessly forward as he did.He and those before ,I believe will rest favorably with that,Love and immortality through all that are still here and those to follow. My condolences on the passing of Henry. Its been a long time but I have fond memories of the past.

I have known "Hank" since the early 1970s when we cleared our options trades through his clearing firm. As a youngster of 23 his door always seemed open to me and I found him to be a patient and insightful listener. Soon thereafter at 1 Illinois Center we would periodically play racquetball and when not engaged on the courts he could be seen playing cards and/or Backgammon. As I traded options and not commodity futures our interactions became sparse, but every time we would run into one another whether at the CBOE, CBOT or a downtown restaurant, Hank always remembered me by first name, smiled and was very cordial in our interactions. I will miss him.

Henry was a success in so many different arenas. He has a beautiful family all with great values, he was a success story and natural leader at at the Board of trade, he was a real man´s man who loved a good game , being cards, golf,or racquet ball. He will be missed
