Wenskus, Helen J. (nee Malik), age 80, of Western Springs, beloved wife of the late George J. "Wink" Wenskus, devoted mother of Patricia N. (Graham) Mc Clean, Sandra M. (Frank) Talz, Mary M. (Stan) Liss, James R. (Catherine) Wenskus, late Pamela (Patrick) Delfino and the late George Wenskus, caring grandmother of Ann Margaret Van Overberghe (nee Mc Clean), Karyn Campbell (nee Mc Clean), Richard Mc Clean, Christopher Mc Clean, Matthew Mc Clean, Marc Wenskus, Kristin Delfino, Kevin Yonkers-Talz, Julie Talz- Smith, Jessica Liss and Michael Liss, fun loving great grandmother of Megan, Jim and Julia Campbell, Nicholas, Allyson, and Christopher Van Overberghe, Madison and Brandon Mc Clean, Joshua Smith and Sophia Yonkers-Talz, dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Helen was a caring and welcoming friend to many. Visitation Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th Street, Countryside. Funeral Monday, 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. John of the Cross Church, mass 9:45 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
