Chocholak, Helen (nee Szumilas), age 77, of Dickinson, TX, formerly of Bradley, Dolton and Roseland, beloved wife of the late Joseph, loving mother of Marcia Koslo, Barbara Koslo and Theresa (Carl) Gustafson, proud grandmother of Jennifer and the late Antoinette, fond sister of Marie (the late Florian) Lipinski, and the late Ted (Evelyn) Szumilas, Violet (the late Steven) Madrotowski and Frank (Helen) Szumilas, aunt of many nieces ad nephews. Visitation Tuesday, 2 to 9 p.m. at the Community-Opyt Funeral Home, 144th St. and Indiana Ave., Riverdale. Funeral Wednesday, 9:15 a.m. to St. Mary of the Assumption Church.
