Heidi Reynolds Obituary

Reynolds, Heidi (nee Moffat) 59, lifelong resident of Chicago, passed away August 12, 2014. Beloved wife of Brian; loving mother of Ryan; dear daughter of David (Josie) and the late Louise Moffat (nee Stover); dearest sister of Sandy Villwock, David and Monica Moffat. Heidi graduated Lakeview High School and earned her LPN in 1972 and has worked at John Palmer Elementary for the past 12 years. Visitation Friday, 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago where a funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lymphoma Research Foundation, 1700 W. Irving Park Rd., Suite 308, Chicago, IL 60613.
