Daughter of the late Frank and Catherine Pieniazek, dear sister of Mary Szybiak and the late Walter (Josephine), Joseph and Stanley Pieniazek, loving mother of Rev. Frank Kordek, O.F.M., Catherine (Richard) Petrash, Richard (Margaret) Kordek and Donna Kordek (Ed Logazino), proud grandmother of Mark (Cheryl) Petrash, Matthew (Mary) Petrash, Heather (John) Stockton, Heidi Petrash, Steven R. Kordek and Paula Kordek, cherished great-grandmother of Tyler Petrash and Evan Stockton, dear sister-in-law of Joe (late Lorraine) Kordek, Florence (Gene) Wozny, Stanley (Irene) Kordek and the late John (Harriet) Kordek, Anna (Stanley) Gunia, Frank (Barbara) Kordek, Frances (late Frank) Pilarczyk, Stephany and Theresa (late Roman) Wozny, loving aunt of many. Funeral Thursday, June 19th, at 9:30 a.m., from Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home, 6250 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, to St. Juliana Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment St. Adalbert.
