I went to Mt. Lebanon High School with Rod Heard and he was a close friend at the time. I am saddened to hear of his passing. He will be an "Atlanta Raider" forever.

Rod was my opponent in a case and I did not know he was ill. What a wonderful, intelligent and gentleman of a lawyer. I will miss his grace and character. he is a true lawyer.

Rod was a school mate, fraternity brother, colleague, law partner and dear friend. Still remember him three stories up painting the frat house in Evanston and later driving his prized MG around trying to look British. Wildman Harold had many mergers, but Rod and Susan was perhaps the best one of all. He is gone too soon.

Professor Heard was an incredible mentor and the best professor I had in law school. Truly I owe my legal skill set to his lessons. I felt terrible to let him down in a competition, but I also always learned. Incredibly charismatic and convincing person, thank you Professor Heard.
