As a former employee of the CPS Printing Plant, I appreciated having Gunter as a boss. He was fair, honest and always ready to listen. I felt I could always turn to Gunter with any problem. He also made the atmosphere a fun place to work. I felt I was among friends. Thanks, Gunter, for everything. I also wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to his family.

Nicole -
My condolences on the passing of your stepdad. He was the one who gave me all the good "gout-advice" at your summer party, right? My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, and I am sorry I could not make the service because of night school.

The Printing Plant of the Chicago Public Schools extends our thoughts and prayers to the Vogler family. As a colleague, I recognized and appreciated his vast knowledge of the printing industry. Gunter was a true professional of his craft. His love for the printing industry, his colleagues, and students will always be remembered. Thank you Gunter for everything you taught all of us. Peace be with you.
