Dear Family of Judge Elliott,
I was privileged to serve as his honor's deputy in court room 1410. In fact, Florence Muscato (his clerk) and I were there on the first day he began his career as a Circuit Court Judge in Cook County, and for sometime thereafter. He was a stern, but fair and honest man. I have many memories of his humor and creative solutions to civil law.
My prayers are with you all at this time. Rejoice in the memory of his exemplary life, as he will always live on through all of your lives.
