Brostoff, Gertrude "Trudy" (nee Reisberg), age 86, beloved wife of Ben C. Brostoff for 64 years, loving mother of Fred (Shelly) Brostoff, Dan (Diana) Brostoff and Janice (Eric) Henry, adoring grandmother of Alan (Merydith) Brostoff, Jennifer (Brian) Kramer, Kevin Brostoff, David and Drew Cardaci, Sarah and Jacob Henry, Lisa (Troy) Grossman, and Dina (Douglas) Borchardt, caring great-grandmother of Hannah, Evan, Ethan, Aria, and Zechariah, dear sister of Ira (Barbara) and Norman (the late Corrine) Eichner. Services Tuesday, 2 p.m., at Temple Chai, 1670 RFD, Long Grove, IL 60047. Interment Shalom. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory may be made to Temple Chai or the American Cancer Society, 820 Davis St., Suite 340, Evanston, IL 60201.
