Please accept my sympathies in the loss of your mother. I grew up on S. Spaulding Street, a few houses north of yours. I remember you mom as very nice, and lots of fun. Your grandmother lived upstairs and your uncle lived in the back building for a while. I am a McCormick alumni too. Great childhood memories.

S. Spaulding Ave. in Chicago was a great block to grow up on. Especially when there were lots of kids outside playing and Moms kept a watchful eye. I remember Geri as being one of those Moms, and I remember your grandmother lived upstairs from you, and your uncle lived in the back building for a while. Linda, Donna and Keith please accept my sympathy in the loss of your mom. My mom passed 21 years ago, so be thankful for having your mom around for as long as you did. I lived two doors north of you, at 2642. You must have been 2646? A McCormick School alumni too. Great childhood memories.

Those we love don’t go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, Unheard, But always near,
Still loved, Still missed and very dear.
Geri, you're a great cousin and will be missed!

My dear niece, you will be missed. Uncle Frank

My Mom was my best friend and I will miss her deeply. At least she is not in any more pain. May she enjoy the being home in heaven. I love and miss you MOM!
